“I had one vehicle in the shop and needed to drive my truck. I knew I needed new breaks but did not want to sit around in a shop all day. Reluctantly, I put it off until I knew I had to do something about it. I had no idea anyone would come to me to fix my vehicle. I found Smart Bubble Mobile through google search late at night and scheduled an appointment for the next morning at 8am. Chance called about 15 minutes prior for more information. While on the phone with him, I attempted to drive the truck and heard a break pad fall off. He was so helpful, patient and extremely kind during a very frustrating and chaotic morning for me. I was able to change the job location from my job to my home and they handled everything on site. Chance advised that I find another ride to work to avoid ruining my car and risking my life. I 100% recommend them. They kept me updated throughout the service and their prices are upfront.”

“I highly recommend Blue Sky Auto for any auto body needs!After calling around multiple places and getting price estimates, this place was by far the cheapest option. Clarice, the receptionist, and Ben, the owner, were both very helpful and quick to resolve my issue of a broken side view mirror. I needed a very specific piece (and color) that I was unable to find so Ben suggested we use his special database to help find the exact piece I needed, which was cheaper than the normal price or the price it would've been going through the dealership myself. The best part is that he didn't charge me a penny over then what he paid for it and it took seconds to install!!!I couldn't recommend Blue Sky Auto enough so please check them out for any of your auto body needs!”
“Got a bumper scratch. Not a lot of damage but, high end car, so expected a pricy fix. Took it to the dealership. Seriously, the car is fixed and two months later I’m still waiting on the estimate from the dealerships body shop. I went to the “big” body shop in town and quoted over $7000 with a three month wait.Took it to Advanced on a friends recommendation and they got it in and done on time (in a week) and at quoted price of $1300. Less than 1/5th of the previous quote. Looks perfect.Family business. They are super friendly and do great work. A car is a big investment and you don’t want to give it to just anyone. “My vehicle was repaired in less than 2 weeks when I was told about 3 maybe 4 (depending on parts availability) and I was so pleased with the result. The insurance company handling payment for the repairs has been a nightmare to deal with, especially when it came time for me to get a rental car. Jim and Debi made sure I wouldn’t have to go without a vehicle and had my car done as quickly as possible! I worked for a local tow company for 2 1/2 years, this is the only collision center that I have ever dealt with that had such amazing customer service. It was a no brainer to have my vehicle repaired at this facility! Their mechanics also did an amazing job, not only can you not tell my vehicle was wrecked, but they took the time to vacuum the interior of my car too! And put mats down! Not to mention the whole outside of my car had been cleaned! Not just the area they repaired/ painted. The multiple updates a week, being able to view the status of repairs from their website at any time, and such helpful and knowledgeable staff made this whole experience so much easier. I had no idea how any of this worked, I had never been in a wreck myself, but Debi took the time to explain the process to me and made this stressful situation so much easier. Debi and Jim are true saints after dealing with the god awful insurance company covering my repairs! This shop has won my business over 10 fold and I will continue to recommend them to everyone!”

“I absolutely love West body shop, I've been a customer now since 2011! Mr. West always have my vehicle fixed when he says is going to be fixed. The price is always reasonable and I recommend this business to any and everybody that needs body work done on their vehicle! The first vehicle I ever got fixed by him had hail damage. When he was done, you couldn't see any dents from the hail. Since then I have returned with three more vehicles. Again, I recommend this business. “I am a gearhead and auto enthusiast. When I wrecked my brand new truck, only a few weeks old, I was so deeply disappointed, and honestly- I never imagined it would be 'quite' the same again. I'm a realist, and things have changed a lot in my lifetime... work ethic, customer service... doing the right thing... it just doesn't seem like we see much of that anymore. I went into this repair process with my eyes wide open, poised like a jungle cat, waiting for the first opportunity to jump at a misstep, a cut corner, or the inevitable load of BS that a dealership experience can bring. It never happened. The service experience was beyond expectation. I dropped my truck off on a Friday, they ordered parts on Monday, began the work on Tuesday, and end-to-end had my truck back to me in 14 calendar days. This wasn't a simple repair, I damaged part of the mechanicals underneath the front end, the bumper, body panels, bed sides, and even a tire. Long story short, the truck came back to me essentially perfect. The paint work is flawless. Body panel gaps are factory. New tire was balanced perfectly. Front end was repaired and has a better alignment than when I drove it off the lot new. Communication was excellent with daily updates. Hannah was sharp, articulate, and adapted to my requests when possible. I just can't say enough good things about my experience, it was A+ from beginning to end, I would trust these guys to work on my $70k truck or my $$$$ Mercedes S600. I feel badly, I wish there was a way to thank everyone on the entire Chris Crain team- auto body, mechanics at the dealer, the lady at the front desk, and most of all Hannah. You guys all did a great job, and I can tell you are trying to build a business and relationships, not milking the experience for insurance dollars and on to the next poor fool like other body shops in our area. The customer service and repair work at Chris Crain is absolutely outstanding, and there is no reason to settle for less by going anywhere else. GOOD JOB!!! and most of all, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING.
