Not the correct way to deliver a delicate part by shoving it into my mailbox, it should be placed on my doorstep or held at the office, I will be having a word in person about this, I work with vintage cycles and parts are already hard enough and expensive as hell to find undamaged as it is without some lazy bozo doing it for me. Do better.

This is the 3rd time that this post office has lost my packages. They said that my package was delivered on June 2 at my front door and that was a lie! I checked my cameras and there were no packages delivered at all to my home on this! No my son has lost his 150.00 gift because of your neglect!!

Ever since I moved to this house, I've been having problems with mail coming up missing, chime cards, Cash app cards, eBay ect. Stuff not showing up, stuff that they said got on the truck but then wasn't scanned at the mailbox and have no idea where it is and sometimes don't even bother to go back and see where it could be. I get the notification 'out for delivery' and then it stays on 'out for delivery' for a week and I get nothing. When I try to talk to them they try to get me to claim it as 'package not delivered' and get my money back. But that's not them, it's YOU, it gets HERE and doesn't get to my mailbox. Something is wrong in THIS location because I'm not the only one complaining about this. If anyone owes me money for my missing packages it's USPS who owes me money.

This system of tracking packages is terrible. I have 1 item that should be at my local office. I have all the numbers, but CANNOT SPEAK TO A HUMAN AT GIVEN POST OFFICE. THAT IS RIDICULOUS!! AND THE COMPANY WONDERS WHY CONSUMERS UTILIZE OTHER MEANS OF SHIPPING! THATS THE FIRST OF MANY REASONS!

Mediocre customer service. You can feel a sense of annoying attitude from employees. Like if you are bothering for service and they give a sense of false kindness.

I know some businesses are still understaffed and it’s understandable however!!!!!!!!!!! I moved into my home January 1st and my neighborhood has cluster mailboxes so it requires each resident to have their own key, needless to say I’ve yet to receive a mailbox key and today marks two official months. Every time I go to the business I’m told the supervisor has to rekey the box, well I’m beginning to think they don’t have a supervisor at all. The best I can do is hope Im home to catch the mail carrier at the box at this point. I do believe they show professionalism and customer service inside the business but not when they have to physically leave and do their job so when im being inconvenienced, then those two qualities are horrible.

Always very pleasant and efficient. I do wish they had a self service kiosk as there is usually one one clerk at the counter.

If I could give a zero stars, I so would. The lady I just dealt with was very disrespectful and rude and clearly didn’t know how to do her job. She kept very disrespectfully announcing that I didn’t have enough money on my card to pay the rest of my transaction, when in fact I did. I dont recommend coming here with your mail let alone your money.

Just watched the MARROON VAN driver RUN OVER AND KILL MY KITTEN!!!!!leaving him in the middle of my driveway for my grandson to see, my grandson is very upset, i can not believe the driver didnt even STOP!!!!! he didnt even stop and i KNOW he seen it and he had to have felt the bump when he CRUSHED my cats head!!!! upset on Woodvine Drive!!!!!!!

Habitually loses mail. Carriers appear to be plain clothes individuals who sloppily hurl mail into boxes. Oftentimes when you retrieve your mail, it’s usually in a balled up mess. Perhaps this is the reason why my mail has come up missing not once but twice.
