10/10 experience. SHOUT OUT LOGAN
I had to go in and get an upgrade on my phone but couldn’t get any of it done until later during the day. I got there at 5:30 and they close at 6:00. The guy at the desk (Logan) gave me one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever received. This dude sat there and walked me through everything with a smile on his face. He was cracking jokes, making conversation while we were waiting on the upgrade, and he told me about his car that he was driving. All around just an amazing dude with a great attitude, even though I made him stay almost 45 minutes past his closing time.
I 100% recommend AT&T at Alma, and if you make a trip, ask for Logan. You won’t regret it.

Wouldn’t go here unless you would like to be scammed from the manager himself. Added protection and AT&T Next to our plans even though we asked several times to not include either of those. Managers name was Steven.

Great experience! Husband lost his phone so we didn’t have a trade in. Stephen was able to show us phones that would work best for us, gave us pricing options and let us know what our bill would look like. Had a brand new iPhone and was in and out of the story in less than 30 minutes!

If only I could give this place zero stars. This place is a ridiculous representation of AT&T. The staff was completely clueless about their products, services, or how to upgrade an account.
To make matters worse, the incompetence was staggering. They couldn’t resolve my issue, and instead of admitting they didn’t know how, they ended up leaving me without phone service (which I still don’t have). I wasted hours in the store, only to leave more frustrated than when I walked in. It felt like they had no training or understanding of how to handle customer problems.
Overall, it was an incredibly disappointing experience. Highly recommend avoiding this ‘hub’ store.

People , if you have any iPhone needs please visit the AT&T Apex store at Alma , close to the Walmart parking lot . Ask for Billy , We used to go to Fort Smith AT&T store, on Rogers. Not anymore , Billy is our guy !! He will help you and you will be happy . He is extremely knowledgeable and “Easy” to do business with !!
