“BIG SHOUT OUT to DOUG..at the Van Buren (Alma Hwy) store. My car had been in the shop at a dealership in FS and they left it a complete mess. Doug went above and beyond to help when my check engine light came on shortly after leaving the dealership. He found the problem immediately and fixed it in the parking lot of O'Reilly's. I can't Thank him enough for his kindness and going out of his way to help! If I could give this store 10 STARS they definitely deserve it. They always go out of their way to help others!! Keep up the great work!!”
