I eat pickled beets nearly every day. I am diabetic and most canners include high fructose corn syrup in their products. Why they do that, I don't know. It's very unhealthy. Old South does not have corn syrup. It's a great product!

Bought this okra at Walmart but,I found several pieces I had to throw away very woody can't chew .very disappointed and will never buy this product again.
