A really great group of people work here. Everyone I interacted with were super nice and friendly, and they all made the whole buying process super smooth and easy.
Greg was the salesman I had and he really made the experience fantastic. He really listened to what my needs were and answered all my questions. He was great to work with.
Austin did my final walkthrough and made sure I understood where all the different connections were and how they worked. He also ended up being the guy to deliver it for us as well. We wanted it in a pretty tight spot for right now, but he had it in there in no time. I think it probably only took about 10 minutes total, if even that.
Definitely recommend if you're looking to get an RV of any sort, or need anything RV related!

I purchased a new Reflection from Terry. Upbeat, professional, and genuinely concern to match the camper to your needs. I had to have some warranty work due to a bad AC design. The scheduling process was handled well by Michael and Austin came out with their mobile service and made the needed upgrades to my two AC’s. Very pleasant and respectful young man that performed his work well and cleaned up behind himself. To the owners of Crabtree RV, you have done well having Terry, Michael, and Austin on your staff.

Buyer Beware!! My parents purchased and RV from Crabtree last year and unfortunately it sustained some damages in the storms in NW Arkansas. They immediately turned it into their insurance company. The insurance company informed them that this RV had been totaled due to hail damage a few years prior. They of course contacted Crabtree who admitts that the previous owner brought it there to be assessed for hail damage, in which they suggested it was totaled. After speaking with the previous owner they have found out that he infact cashed the check but the only thing he had fixed was $400 worth of work on some vents. He then took the RV back to Crabtree and traded it on something smaller. Fast forward to my parents buying the RV being told that it had a clean title, even though Crabtree knew it had previous damage because they are the ones who did the assessment and totaled it out. They were never told about any damage. They did not notice the hail damage. After lots of investigating and Crabtree denying ever fixing the RV. We are pretty sure the hail damage was never fixed. We cannot find any evidence that it was ever fixed. If the previous owner said he didnt fix it and Crabtree said they didn't. Thats admitting they knew because it was sold to them by the owner. The insurance will refuse to pay because they are not required to pay on damage that has already been paid out. My parents have talked to Crabtree multiple times and they refuse to do anything to make it right. Now we have contacted the AG's office who has informed us that it infact is FRAUD and illegal what they have done. There are also multiple complaints on Crabtree through their office. My parents have worked so hard for their whole lives to be able to finally retire. My dad has served the Mountainburg and Alma community for over 30 years working on cars to be able to retire. This is not fair what they are doing. They now have an RV with over $20,000 worth of damage and noone is going to pay for it. They now will have to pay an attorney, and they will. I implore Crabtree to make this right. This is a crime, and really bad for business!

I had a tornado hit our house. We couldn’t find anything else to rent which was fine. Paid a $500 deposit and this had to pay another 2300 just from rent. We didn’t stay in the camper. Just stored food in it. They couldn’t not find anything else wrong with it. So they had to call and ask if there was animals in it which is a hell no if anyone knows me they know I hate animals in my home. Stray cats I can’t help if they pee under it where the shad is at.They still have not giving me my deposit of 500 back. They brought the camper with the toilets still halfway full and tell us there is some blue stuff in the camper you can use in it and put in it the toilet and sinks to keep the smell down. We did everything possible not to mess it up. To anyone wanting to rent or do anything else with this is company. I would turn the other way.

Very good customer service. Very good selection. Went to camping world first and it was the worst experience I could imagine. Crabtree was so much more of a friendly atmosphere and very helpful. Great job Crabtree, I'd recommend them to family and friends with no doubt.

Service department is horrible buy new camper from them that's a whole other thing to read but they end up with the camper more than we've had it in a year Don't ever fix what's on the list where we keep taking it back several things they can't seem to get right they're glorified parts changers and they do sloppy work beware take it somewhere else

I called Crabtree about a slide-out issue on our motorhome and within an hour they had a mobile tech here by the name of Austin and he went through everything and he found a short and the switch He also went through everything and taught me what to do if it's something like this happens again. So I learned a lot! The guy was phenomenal! very customer service friendly and very knowledgeable! Best mobile RV service ever!

New 5th wheel purchase. My wife & I were looking to downsize our 5th wheel. Once we decided on a model and floor plan, I started searching the internet. We live 4.5 hours from Crabtree RV. Terry, our salesman, was terrific. I first spoke with him on the phone. Over the next 7-10 days we also had several phone & text conversations. He was great at answering our questions & explaining details of the 5th wheel we were looking at. We were not going to purchase without first seeing the 5th wheel. So, we drove to Arkansas. We had other commitments for the day. Terry, graciously, volunteered to come in early. We inspected the 5th wheel. Terry was a no-pressure salesman. He was patient, but attentive to our needs. He actually moved away from us so that we could have private conversation. He also stayed close enough in case we had questions. He didn’t pretend to have all of the answers. He was confident in saying, “I don’t know, but I will find out for you.” He was very attentive to both my wife & myself. In the past I have encountered sales people that wouldn’t recognize my wife’s voice in the buying process. We put a deposit down, gave a few days for them to prep for delivery and for my schedule to accommodate exchanging 5th wheels and completing the deal.
We believe we received a fair deal. The administrative fee ($129) is better than most.
The location of Crabtree RV is easy access off I40.
Service(Austin) swapped out my gooseneck hitch, provided me with an informative walk-through, and answered my questions.
If/When we decide to shop for a new camper Crabtree RV will be my first contact.

Traveling from Louisiana to New Mexico, we lost a right side mirror on our 2005 Winnebago due to accident hitting a sign. The RV center did not stock this part, but an employee went above and beyond, finding the exact mirror stored in the business storage. The mirror was replace and we were on the road again. This business is great !!

Great, great service! I got a fire truck escort to the dealership as my rig caught fire without warning; Tim and Larry made quick work of getting my van in and diagnosed same day. Took a week turnaround but most of that time was spent waiting for insurance to do their review process with a weekend in the middle.
All in all, this is what a hometown dealership feels like, where you know everyone by name— haven’t gotten service like that in years.
