Took my daughter there to get her nails done and we picked out a soft glitter baby blue. When my daughter was done I went back inside and paid $52 for a full set. Paid and left. We got half way home I asked to see my daughter's nails and they are teal green. Not the color we picked out. My daughter said she told the it was not the same color she choose and my daughter said they replied with it's ok dear. We turned around and went back and of course they were closed. And the dance was the next day. Was not able to get them fixed because of other appointments the next day along with them going to dinner before the ball. Never be back.

I was on a bit of a time crunch due to my work Christmas Party. I’m fairly new to the area and didn’t really know where to look. As soon as I walked in I was immediately sat and worked on! The nails came out beautifully. I got a gel medi and pedi and it was such a good price! I have never left a nail salon under $100!
Don’t even get me started on the atmosphere! All of the nail techs there are vibrant, talkative and so nice! Every customer that walked in they knew by name and was welcomed as if they were family! “How was your trip?” “When are you going to Mexico.”
It was so refreshing to see! I 100000/10 recommend this place and it’s going to be my salon from now on!

All the girls were super nice and I had told them I was on a time crunch, but that did not seem to be a problem. They were all very quick and efficient! And I got the exact design I wanted.

So I spur of the moment decide to get my nails done 2 pm on a Saturday before Easter I just hope I find a place well I decide to stop here. Was able to get in quickly!
I tell her short, round, full set. Not sure of color. The. I pick matte with a design. You would expect that they would say ok and tell you a price or that they charge for a certain service extra! So here is what I understand or think from years of getting them done at multiple locations set $30 gel $10 nail design 5$ so 45$ total
No it was 30$ for set
5$ each figure I got 2 fingers
10$ for gel
And 5 for round shape since when they charge for a standard shape and 5$ for matte so 60$
They over charge really oh and to top it of 3 hours later my gel is buckling I don’t even want them to fix them I’m just gonna go somewhere else sad 60$ for nails that look like press ons anywhere but here promise you be happy you saved your money very unhappy!!!

After my nail tech relocated to Fayetteville I was lost.. and then I found Tonya! Love, Love the job she does. I have recently moved to central Arkansas and I can’t find anyone comparable. Shes quick and gives my nails a beautiful, clean look (no yellowing), shaping them to perfection. Highly recommend ❤️Service: Acrylic nails

I absolutely recommend this place. She did a great job on my nails and even made some great suggestions to make them my own not just like the reference photo. She does an amazing job. I will definitely be back.

I have been to creative nails several times! They are close to my work and they always fit me in when I walk in. I’ve only had to Tonya once, but her work was flawless, it looked exactly like the picture I showed her from Pinterest. The other times it was her mother and she does a great job as well. Very reasonably priced, clean and friendly. I’ll keep coming back!Services: French manicures

They are definitely busy. I wanted acrylic but it was around prom time so it was understandable that they didn't have the time. They did give me and my mother in law a mani and pedi. The massaging chairs are super relaxing and they are very friendly. My short natural nails were pretty for once.

Tonya is very amazing at designs, she is fast and accurate with her work, & she is great at giving ideas if your not sure what you want! I've never been to a better nail tech than her!!

I've been getting my nails done for over 15 years. This was the worst experience I've ever had in my life. I was the very first customer that morning and Tonya was the absolute worst nail tech ever. She was jerking my hands around when it was time to switch. She would grab my hand and j*** it to her. And would be so careless that she kept burning my skin. She rushed like crazy through filling my nails. She kept giving me bad attitude and dirty looks and one time even rolled her eyes at me because I thought the UV light was motion detected like all the salons I ever been too and shook my hand in the light for it to come back on and I guess she thought I was trying to be rude. But after she rolled her eyes I explained that I thought it was motion detected. She was the biggest B word you could possibly imagine and my nails are painted like a kindergarten painted them. They are streaky and when I left I notice one hand wasn't even cured! She was in such a rush that she wasn't letting them sit long enough. Why she was in such a rush I have no idea. I was the only one in the salon the entire time. She treated me with total disrespect. Right when she sat down the very first thing she asked me is did you get your nails done here last? Why that even matters I have no idea but since I answered no it seems like that set the tone for the entire visit. Worst experience of my life. I'm not even joking. I have never ever called and complained after leaving a nail salon. But she was that HORRIBLE. I do not recommend anyone going here. Again, Tonya you are the worst!
