The lady who checked us in was wonderful. We checked both rooms and showed her the problems immediately. The floors had not been vacuumed/washed. The sheets were dirty. The bathroom was clean with the exception to the floor. The door to the outside parking lot had no weather seal on the bottom and there were a lot of bugs. She did change our room. The second room was better but not great. Still no door seal either. She said the new housekeepers they hired were obviously not up to the task. The beds were comfortable. Lots of highway noise.

Convenient location right off of I40. The building is an older building, without elevators. Room was mostly clean, there were things left in the trash cans from previous guests that housekeeping didn't remove. AC was on all night on high but didn't really get the room cold.Water pressure in the shower was great. It had an adjustable shower head.I can't say much for any other amenities because I arrived somewhat late and left by 8am the next morning. Its good for a no frills quick stop.

Not very clean. Hair all over the bathroom floor and tub. Filthy walls with crayon marks. Drywall buckled. Yucky!!

Worst place I've stayed in EVER! Broken furniture, dirty, I wouldn't even take a shower there!

The front desk was very nice and friendly, but after getting into our room, we went straight out for dinner and then turned in for the night as this was just a one night stop. After looking at the room, we discovered mold, dirty marks on walls, busted shower tiles, dressor drawers, missing handles, and not opening. So far, I haven't seen any bugs, but our stay isn't over yet either. I think this place needs a serious remodel and a maintenance staff that actually works.

Awful. Reminds me of a skid row tenement. Do not stay here, there is no security, the doors don't lock properly. Room 109 where I stayed the locks were broken on both doors (one door opens to the parking lot, the other to the smelly hall.It wasn't that cheap, for $40 more you can stay at a hotel where you can be fairly safe. I slept with furniture blocking each door and my pistol under my pillow.

Staff was friendly!Room stunk. Non smoking room smelled like cigarettes.Needs to be updated. But the price is cheap so my expectations were low to begin with.Duck tape holding up some tile. Tile coming off where someone pulled on the shower curtain.Outside trash needs to be picked up from some remodeling. For sure needs a paint job throughout!Mattress wasn’t too bad. AC got cold and cooled the room quickly. Decent size room with two queens beds. Hot water. Clean for the most part.

Worst hotel I have stayed at in years. Hotel is dirty, rooms dirty, tv does not work, curtains partially torn down, musky smell, someone else’s hair on bed sheets and in shower. There are way better places to

Decent for an inexpensive hotel. Smoking rooms are available. The staff is nice. I never had an issue that wasn't immediately fixed.

Friendly staff. Asked for a non-smoking room. First I was given a smoking, handicapped room. Changed out rooms. Enjoyed 2nd room. Hallway smells heavily of smoke.

Their other rooms might be better, but the room we went to looked shabby and run down. The room was dark and was missing so many lightbulbs! How hard is it to put in a lightbulb? Drive the extra few miles to Van Buren and find somewhere nicer.

Paid for non smoker room. Room and hallway was strong with cigerette smell. Won’t be staying at any more Days Inn for sure for their price.

Very clean and people were very sweet. They have smoking and nonsmoking rooms. Apparently you can choose the style of bed you prefer. Xtra firm, firm and etc. I stayed at Quality inn and This one if you have to stay in Alma I suggest staying at days inn. You may have to buy a hot breakfast but can’t beat the cleanliness and hospitality at Days Inn.
