An employee named Christina refused to refund me for making a mistake. I asked her to print two emails sent from my company. She ended up printing the same email twice. I paid and discovered that all the documents were duplicates. I asked her to print a different email, and I had to pay for that. I know printing documents isn't that expensive, but when I asked for a second email, Christina started acting up, without even checking, claiming that there were two identical emails. I had to convince her that the second email was different. I was hoping she wouldn't at least charge me for her mistake, but no, she demanded payment for the second one and didn't refund me for the 12 extra copies she made herself. Thank you Christina for unfair treatment of customers

Friendly staff, but the shower need some attention. Had a shower in shower 1 and noticed the black mold immediately. After getting out of the shower I noticed parasitic looking worms in and around the shower. Definitely did not feel clean after seeing that.

Extremely rude older man working night shift last night. Yelled at my husband for not using the tongs for the hotdogs he was buying. Then told him his buisness wasn't wanted. It's sad when a hardworking trucker cannot even get hotdogs without being harassed. Do you know how dirty those tongs are? He touches the ones he's buying. I doubt the rollers are ever cleaned either. What a shame. He has never had issues like this with any other loves.

Big parking lot. Very Trucker friendly. Showers. Lots of gas pumps. Food. Drink. No beer or liquor.

Great place Loves, mostly you can get whatever you want, I end up eating here a lot, it's got variety that filters down to it's snacks, fruit, and candy.

I was next to a parking lot where I didn't bother the other trucks and the head of the mechanics shop comes and wakes me up and tells me that I have to move from there because I'm bothering and when I'm moving she greets another person from a truck 🚚 and puts him in my place what is that I go inside to see if it is like that and the other boss inside who is missing an arm tells me that it is fine pure discrimination what a lack of respect for someone who consumes in this place and don't treat them like that and you can look at the cameras and you will see they are garbage here these people should not work for the public I hope they take some measure for these people like this in their work because it takes away prestige from others who do their job well
