“U.S. Post Office on 74th Street in Fort Smith has excellent service!! I've had a PO Box there over 20 years and never had a problem. The staff at the front desk are always courteous and professional-!!!”
“They are always friendly and helpful. I don't go in there often, yet they always seem to know why I'm there before I even get to the counter to pick up my package. Very nice people.”

“I was tracking a package and it kept bouncing around different post offices in Arkansas. It seemed like it was stuck in Van Buren. I called the local branch number and they were SO HELPFUL. They located my package and got it routed to me.”

“It is the day before Christmas Eve, my package showed delivered but wasn’t in my mailbox or on my porch. I called the 800 number and filed a report, within about 20 minutes I got a call, probably 15 minutes after the call the mailman delivered my package! I am shocked to say the least. I figured it would take a week to track it down, great service!”
