We Have sent our dog to see Lisa at R & R Ranch SEVERAL Times!!! About 4? times. Lisa is the least of professional, calls the dogs bad words and has never let me see where the dogs stay!Last time our dog came home FILTHY and filled with ticks and with a rash on her belly. WE KNOW Lisa spoiled her Because the only way our dog would trust someone is to be spoiled. BUT I don't like the name calling, that leads me to think what else is happening. I also called several times to set up an appt. Then her equipment was not working when we went to pay called 3 times no one answered the phone when I AM TRYING TO PAY YOU!!It's a shame too because we needed her to got to a boarder for 2-3 weeks and now we have nobody!!

As a fur baby parent, I try my best to make sure my littles are safe at all times. My family went out of state to a family wedding and we decided to board our babies. The thing I’m most upset about is I called and left messages on both Saturday & Sunday checking in on my babies. No answer, no call back, and nothing mentioned about the calls. The lady seemed pretty nice, but that’s no way to gain repeat customers. Worried sick about all weekend states away and couldn’t enjoy our trip for worrying.

Lisa was such an amazing person to care for our 2 pit bulls and Yorkie. She sent us daily photos and assured us our fur babies were in good hands when we were out of state. We have never been away from our fur babies ??.. So she made sure to make us extra comfortable to trust her and R&R Ranch with them. Our sweet babies were even allowed to sleep in her bedroom all together. I will be forever grateful for her. I will NEVER take my babies anywhere else to be cared for. She even provided the food for them. There is plenty of fenced in yard to run and play in for them. ? The price is totally fair for the treatment the pets receive there. This place has been around for years and I'm sure they will be around for years to come. They give great service and treat your fur babies like family. ❤️ Thank you so much Lisa!! If I could give you 10 ⭐ I would! OK! If you want your babies to be taken care of give this Ranch a call!! ❤️ They do short term care and long term care as well. The doggy's we're so happy to see us after 4 days and busy running around outside for me to get a lot of pics. Sorry about that. Thanks ? so much Lisa @ R&R Ranch!!? Lisa & her family are amazing. This was the first time we ever boarded our 2 yo Heeler. She spoiled him rotten & he even got to call the hogs with the family. WPS ?❤️ Her texts & pictures she sent me made us feel so good & we knew he was in excellent hands!!! I will always use them in the future.
