Lucky to get one, pawned a PS4 and DeWalt drill set for 150.00 came back 5 weeks later to pay on it and they said it was gone. Every other pawn shop is 3 months, which they failed to tell me.

I've never had any problems from here. The staff is very nice. My husband has pawned a few things here, and have never had any issues. We even missed a few payments sometimes and they were willing to work with us.Thank you River Valley Pawn. ❤️

Only people rating one star are the ones that didn't get what they want because the y don't know supply and demand bought many firearms from them any problems I've had they fixed best customer service I've had

It’s sad how angry and rude the staff is. Please don’t waste your time or energy going into this business. I almost never leave reviews but felt compelled to let others know to stay away. I actually feel sorry for them, what miserable people!

They are liars & theives! They stole my play station 5 that I had no choice to pawn because we hit a hard time and I was a week late on it because I caught COVID and was quarantine and I called to let them know and then found out he already pulled it and I was gonna buy it back and he said it was already gone. So if you pawn something they like don't plan on getting it back the owner takes it!

Horrible service, very rude and disrespectful customer service. Very shocked how they speak to people and in front of children at that. 1st time and last time I will walk in to that place.

Disrespectful and so rude customer service needs help with attitude and interpersonal skills. Middle age guy Told me "as a first time customer he didn't like me or my attitude so I will only give you 40.00 for all my items" , very insulting and degrading and in front of children .However the older gentleman did get my things out1 kit the car carried them in as well put them back in the car for that he gets a star . I'm baffled by the way people out right treats others, your not God, treat others with respect dignity and love.
