I have to start by saying, the customer service here is fenominal! I just moved to our new house, rented a 20ft truck and a small trailer and had zero issues. I wouldnt have accomplished what I needed to if they weren't available. Highly recommended!

I tried to rent from the location on highway 64 but there was a glitch in the system. She sent me to the Ponderosa location which ended up as a blessing. They had great customer service. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend the Little Ponderosa!!

Drop off was shifty . Gates are locked at night n drop off in yard of little house next door .
