“I cannot express my appreciation for Dr. Melanie Prewett and her wonderful staff enough! They have provided wonderful care for both of my boys. Both were anxious at their previous vet. My Giant Schnauzer especially so who had to be sedated for vaccines at his previous vet. At Massard Creek Animal Hospital, Dr. Prewett and her staff worked with my anxious pups at their own pace and helped them feel at ease. Even my GS was able to do an entire visit with vaccines, physical and blood draw without sedation. The patience and gentle care they displayed impressed my husband and I greatly and we cannot thank them enough! I highly recommend them.”

“Yesterday, I had to make one of the hardest decisions of my life- saying goodbye to my sweet Cora. I want to thank Dr. Green and Taylor for the compassion, kindness, and gentle care they showed both Cora and me.
Since we have been going to this Clinic, they have treated Cora like she mattered, and they treated me with understanding, patience, and respect. They walked me through every step, they never rushed me, and made sure Cora was comfortable and loved until her last breath.
Losing her has been heartbreaking, but knowing she was in the hands of people who truly cared made all the difference. I will forever be grateful for the way they supported us during such an emotional time.
Thank you for helping my Cora leave this world with dignity, peace, and love.
