my daughter basically fainted at the front of the store 07.20.25 around 0900. She sat on the inside on the FLOOR at the front of the store for 30-40 minutes while people literally stepped over her. Not one single employee asked my 17 year old daughter if she was ok...
She called me. I was close to 2 hours away. She was heading to cancer camp where she volunteers every year because she too, had pediatric cancer. Thankfully, she took her pitstop close to her grandmothers house. My daughter called me, then we called my mother. My mother got there very quickly to help my sweet angel. Why were people stepping over her like she didn't even exist? Obviously not ok? Anyways... That is exactly why I moved away from this area. Be mindful of your customers in distress.. that child has been frequenting that store since she was born. Hard to miss her.

It might not be Walmart's fault but they don't sell cigarettes or beer in this one and that's the whole reason I came to this Walmart. I'm on a road trip and I just so happened to select this location to be my pit stop, unaware of the oppressive anti-American commies of Alma.
There is infinite disappointment and sadness.

Total disregard for being professional. I ordered for delivery, only time left is 9pm-11pm. I stay up late to get the order. Twenty minutes before 11pm I get a text telling me it had been delayed. That means I had to reschedule. Why wasn't I notified earlier so I could have just went and picked my order up? Why did they wait until there was no options? I tried calling the store at 10pm because I didn't see any activity on my order. But, NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! NEVER DO THEY ANSWER THEIR PHONE! Why? Why even publish the phone number if nobody is going to answer it? Why would you put a delivery time so late when obviously no one is going to deliver groceries at 11pm.? Awful service and very unprofessional!

I have had two negative experiences in two days here. Yesterday I was cashing a check and Ashley treated me with rudeness and suspicion. The machine rejected my attempt and instead of running it again she told me she couldn't help me. When I complained her and April laugh at me. I went to another Walmart, wasting gas and time, where I cashed it without incident.
Today was using cash and go. After checking out in self checkout I was told that in the future I could only use machines 3 and 4. I asked what would happen if they were busy. She said I'd have to wait.
If you can go to another store I recommend it.

Went there at 6:10am after they opened at 6. Workers were dispersed throughout the store and the service was great
