This AutoZone really lacks in customer service. The phone will ring over 20 times. When they answer it's hey dude what's? Or what's up chief? You will stand at the counter ready to check out with no others there for employees no one will wait on you.

Absolutely awful customer service. I made a phone call and the guy who answered the phone was very rude toned and sarcastic. He wasn’t helpful and sounded like he could care less about helping me. I called back later for another question and he put me on hold for 30 minutes. I hung up and drove there. When I got there another guy or the same guy (white guy) came out and tested my battery and alternator. He sarcastically and rudely asked me “are you going to turn your car on” like I knew what I was doing and what to expect, I’m a young female with no experience with this stuff. After he tested everything he said it was the alternator and walked off. No suggestions, no prices, nothing. So I took my service to orileys ! And from the way they talked, auto zone had gave everyone attitude all day!

Every single time I go to AutoZone in Arkadelphia I receive the best service. They always work hard to find me the right part. If they don't have my part in stock, they do everything they can to make sure I get it as quickly as possible. In an emergency over the weekend, they really came through for me. I was not able to find the part I needed at my local store. I was going to have to go to O'reillys. I went there and the store was locked and no one would answer the door or the phone. I called the Autozone commercial Manager (Bill Bateman) and he found an alternative part for me and I had it in hand within 5 minutes.

we had a very long trip and our car started having troubles so we decided to pull into an autozone to see what was going on. we met the nicest and most helpful guy named William. 10/10 recommend coming here if you ever have car troubles! very nice people and very helpful. we appreciate William for taking time out of his day to help us!

Only 2 employees in the whole store, tried to return an item but they felt it was necessary to go through this LONG AND DRAWN OUT PROCESS, instead of putting in my phone number and finding the purchase made and giving me the money that was owed back for the item, Malvern can do a return very quickly, in and out, done. Arkadelphia? No. AND, on top of that, I called asking about a set of brakes for my truck, took them a minute to answer, one of them said "will you please hold so I can take care of this customer in front of me?" I said okay. He never picked the phone back up. Then my mom calls the same store and they pick up and give her the service she needed, I heard them through the phone talking to her. Hire better people who can do their job correctly, please

Jarrett was so helpful in replacing my windshield wipers. Nice young man. Would recommend anyone go there.

Every time I go into the store someone is willing to help me. On a day that I wandered in to inquire about something I knew nothing about (recharging freon), Jarrett came to my rescue! He went above and beyond by letting me know exactly what I would need and provided step-by-step instructions. He deserves a raise!

Great place, needed a part and didn't know exactly the terminology for the "Tail light Socket", I needed, ordered it and the part will be delivered tomorrow. They actually took the time to understand what I exactly needed and a military discount for my service..will return to this store.

Work truck battery died a slow death trying to start and I had to get another. Boss came with me to use the company card and pay for purchase of a new one, he even had trouble installing due to finding out the positive terminal cable had a breakage on the connection.The store manager came out to help out and got it to in working order again after the boss and my failure previous 15 minutes attempt at getting it to connect. The manager had to use battery shims which we already had to make it stay connected.The broken connection still has to be replaced at a later date and that may only happen when the truck breaks down again when it is used on a trip out of town. I just hope I'm the one not using it.
