Overall the staff is friendly, the store is stocked most of the time. I dont have any complaints

I came on Tuesday morning 11-26-2024 around 8:30 am and asked for fill couple balloon birthday for my mom. She said it’s out the helium air, I know she lied or she lazy to do it. Because I just came the night before and get few balloon filled. So disappointed!

I thought I would try their pickup because I needed a few items quickly. I tried twice & both times my order was delayed. The 2nd time it was cancelled. I'm done with them. I really needed tape to finish up my gifts and they caused me a major headache. Not a reliable store.
