They have great Internet when they have it running. They only let you use their WiFi 5 days a week because the rest of the time they are "having an outage in your area."

They placed our cable in a temporary hold and then because the technician wasn't going to make $10 instead of $30/hr, he refused to reconnect our service. The Optimum cable company told us there was nothing they could do. SHOCKED!!! We lost our cable because the technician disagreed with the cable invoice. Nope...we did nothing wrong.

Drove to Arkadelphia because we heard they will actually work with you on your bill. Casey and Chris were very helpful, and tried to get us a better deal but we were grandfathered into a better plan. It would be helpful if the direct phone number was published. Can you please provide it?

They gave us no channel guide, charged us a hidden installation fee, the TV guide information is always unavailable, and we can't tell what programs are available.
