Came here to get gas and was so hungry. I'm used to paying $7-$8 for a small bag of beef jerky buy he told me $10.97 and my eyes almost popped out of my head. Exasperated by the fact there were no labels on any of the shelves?? Not one sticker, not one label with a price in the whole store. I didn't have the time to play that game. Please label your merchandise? We want to know how much we have to pay for something before we stand in line for 5 minutes...???

Restroom was being cleaned really well by Cintas employee. Soap dispenser worked. Sink worked.
Wasn't greeted by the cashier or by the food worker.
The store was clean and well stocked.
Gas pump worked fine.

Bathrooms are not clean. Toilet paper was on the floor, and paper towels were in the toilet.

I got gas here when I was traveling from Dallas to Monterrey. All good. Coffee. Bathroom. Good price. We buy snacks. And some treats for the road. It is advisable to fill the gas tank before 10 pm because after that it will be closed.

Been coming here for years not all staff bad! But Rhondi his attitude is out of control. 5/16/23 I went to get gas I put in my fuel rewards, and noticed my rewards was not added when I got the the pump. I went back in to let him know it was not on there, his attitude started then. The Manger gave me a refund once she went out and inspected the pump price. “No problem I wouldn’t lie” was my comment. Once then she place my refund on my card! & went to the gas station next door!I went back because I’ve been a loyal customer for a while now & he had an attitude with me from when he pick my first drink up to scan it, let me tell you not only did I wanna cross the counter on this man but the lady who did my refund last time was sitting there watching him not saying a word while he was getting loud with his attitude and me speaking in the best tone of nice and calm as I can, still didn’t get the best service out of her either they didn’t wanna give me there names when I asked to call someone over them, she said her phone locked up so she couldn’t give me any number, so I went outside and got my phone and was recording the service until she noticed I was recording she didn’t wanna give me anything to get ahold of her supervisor or who ever is over her as well. Not only has he not ID me before when I came “because he’s seen me plenty of times” but he was ready for it this time but baby boom here it goes I’ve been waiting for someone to ID me y’all never do your job anyways!!

The owner of this station is the most unfriendly crude rude person I have ever met. Screaming at me cussing at me calling me names. I had a truck that has engine troubles and he was trying to have my truck all the way he makes no exception for when you’re having vehicle issues I wouldn’t give this crude Blasi son of a gun a dime of my money. Go to any other station because there’s plenty of them around.

When we travel, Shell is our stopping point for fuel. Most Shells we stop at are very well lit and very clean.
