Don’t get gas here. Had to leave credit card or ID with cashier to get gas. Went in and out 3 times just to fill up. Owner takes money from cashier check if someone drives off. I’m paying with a credit card so it would be declined if not good. Sounds like owner is breaking Arkansas labor board laws to me. Go to shell at stuckey in Arkadelphia to be treated like you are not a thief. I highly recommend Stuckey’s at the Arkadelphia exit. Owner there treats people right.

Greedy owner has premium gas price at $1.20 over the price of regular. All that did was make me go next door to the Pilot station to get gas and spend money inside instead.Congratulations, you lost out on a sale of 15 gallons of gas and the $15 we spent next door instead.If your car requires premium avoid this place.

This location (Caddo Valley, AR) was extremely disappointing. While stopping for gas and snacks we expected great service. What we observed and received was far from the expected. The female checker was seemingly only interested in talking to a man who knew a previous customer just leaving out of the store. She was unprofessional, rude and displayed open and obvious racial disparities.She never acknowledge our presence but openly did from the customers ahead and behind us. This place was unclean, uncomfortable and far behind the frame of reference that we are accustomed to. We will be visiting the Pilot further up and making sure that all knows that rather than represent her company well, she is more interested in displaying rude and unprofessional behavior. Unless, this is acceptable...

Confusing pump instructions (after removing pump nozzle) such as “Lower nozzle arm to receive discount” when such doesn’t exist and when I had already declined the rewards request.Pump operates extremely slow on pump 2 where I parked. After waiting about 4 minutes to get to $3.63, I hung the nozzle up, paid, and left.This is my first and last time I attend a Shell gas station.

This is on the way No: North 7 valley Street road, little away from Junction circle. This Shell Gasoline station has convenience store as well. Good for buying snacks, beverages and drinks.This gas station had rest room as well

Tried to use my credit card. Had over $100 on my card. Froze all money and denied transaction. I had to pay cash and still dont have my money back. It's been 4 days

This place is a dump. No bottled water anywhere, most drink shelves are empty, and barely any Coca-Cola products available at all.
