From the time I arrived at Ruggles Wilcox, Tim Wright and everyone were so helpful, friendly, professional, and courteous. Always with a smile and accommodating. They expressed genuine care, concern, listened, gave advice and helped with all my needs and questions with my dad's funeral and burial arrangements. They did a great job fixing my dad up and had him ready in a timely manner. The casket was beautiful (I had compliments on the casket at the funeral). They handled it well and respectfully. At the funeral, Tim guided and informed the family what we needed to do and what to expect before, during and after the funeral and burial. Afterwards, Tim stayed at the burial site till the job was completed. Thank you, Tim.All the facility was very clean, comfortable and relaxing. It couldn't have been any better. My family has always used and relied on Ruggles funeral home for generations. Even through this very hard time for my family and I, Ruggles Willcox made the experience as easy as possible.Thank you for everything y'all did for my family and my dad. Tim Wright also made it possible to get a vault at the last minute after my brother realized Dad didn't have one! Thank you, Tim! You came through for us even at the last minute!!!!Since the time of my review they are under new management. They let the good staff go and others followed. Tim Wright is now at “Regency” in Malvern, Ar. That is where I will be going now.

We want to thank Tim and everyone at Ruggles. Tim went above and beyond with everyone there planning my wife's arrangements. I could have never gotten everything planned out without their help and guiding us through it all. It was a beautiful service. Thank you all.

The visitation was very well done...However, for the graveside service, the casket was backward so we were left staring at the hinges on the casket. The funeral attendant should have made sure the men had the casket ready and placed on the stand properly and turned to where the family was looking at their loved one. There was no opportunity to say final goodbyes for those who could not make the visitation nor was there the opportunity to hug the family at the end when ppl would place a rose on the casket and walk through under the canopy. Since none of those things were done the attendant stood up and said that concludes this service. People were kind of left in limbo. The one positive thing was Pastor Greg Lathem. He did a wonderful job.

My father, Jack Womack Barentine, formerly of Amity & Arkadelphia, went home to Christ in April 2019. At the time of his death he lived in Roseville, CA, near Sacramento. Tim, Funeral Director of Ruggles- Wilcox, took great care of virtually everything remotely & did so seamlessly. From local embalming, arranging for air transportation of Daddy's body, retrieving him at Little Rock airport, & of course all the final arrangements to be buried next to Demoris Ann Murry Barentine at Rosehill Cemetery. I highly recommend the fine & caring folks at Ruggles-Wilcox for all of your final needs of your family members.Best Personal Regards,John Murry "JB" Barentine
