The pharmacy staff in this place is amazing! I showed up 20 minutes before they closed to get some important prescriptions for my son (just called in) and they had to redo the entire order due to an insurance issue. They were patient the entire time and never once showed me anything but kindness. They didn’t even give me the option of waiting until the next day because they knew he needed the meds that night.I watched them for 20 minutes as they worked, short handed, and flowed together effortlessly while never complaining. They never let their work environment become tense or hostile towards one another or their customers. The store manager was even back there working with them! Just him, the pharmacist, and the pharmacy technician taking care of an extremely busy pharmacy, and taking the time out of an already busy evening to make sure my son was taken care of.This was the first time to use this pharmacy and I will not go anywhere else! Thank you, Dakota, Carissa, and Matt for being so amazing and helping a very tired family get some much needed rest! You guys are the best! ?Heather

For the love of all that is good. Remove your worthless automated call system and let people answer the phone. 20 minutes and still never got to speak to anyone. This is ridiculous and I’ll never shop at your stores ever again anywhere.

Called 2x to speak with the pharmacy. First time was hung up. Thought it was a mistake and called back immediately. 2nd time I was put on hold for 10 min and then hung up on again without ever speaking to someone.

I wish it was a 24hr location, they close for lunch and they take a little long to help everyone if there are several cars waiting at the drive thru. One lady there is kinda rude

Where to begin. I've used this pharmacy for a long time but the service isn't what is used to be, go in for myself and the family prescriptions multiple times they havnt filled or even checked the answering machine to know they needed to fill. Today had a root canal early in the morning hot springs drop off the prescription at 11 was told come back in an hour. Get back everyone is gone for lunch until 2, so that's more than the hour already wait until they return just to be told it will be 3 before its ready after waiting 30 minutes for them to return. Unreliable service, currently I would recommend using anyone else in town for prescription needs.

Horrible customer service. I was trying to pick up a prescription and the person rudely said they had to go to lunch at 2, but it was 1:30. She shut the window in my face and would not help me. It only takes an average of 5 seconds to get my prescription on average, and there was no one behind me, but she still would not help me. Very bad customer service

Long wait times very horrible especially when you are sick and not feeling the best sitting in the car for 25 minutes with cara packed out to the street in exhaust fumes. Awesome jobs Walgreens hire some more people!

I designed my family's Christmas card in early December online with the local Walgreens. I have purchased our cards at this Walgreens for the past 12 years. When I went to pick the cards up, there were NO envelopes in the packet. I informed the photo attendant and she told me this order does not come with envelopes. I explained my orders for the past 12 years all came with envelopes. I drove back home, got online and found the webpage indicating that my card order DOES have envelopes included. I called the contact number because the Walgreens website states "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed". I explained the situation to the rep, he then tried to contact the store but his attempts were unsuccessful. Nobody would answer a call from HQ. He expressed regret and said he would "cancel" the order. By this I thought he meant refund my money... NOT the case. What good does it do to cancel an order that I have already picked up? Idiots! So, I had to return to town (I live out in the county) and purchase my envelopes from another merchant. I will NEVER enter a Walgreens again. My cards will now be designed and printed at Walmart.

The elderly Pharmacist is extremely rude, and let's his customers know that they inconvenience him and his staff just by being there. While waiting a man came in needing to get his Covid booster, and the pharmacist asked if he had scheduled an appointment online. The man told him that he called and scheduled over the phone. The pharmacist told the man that he couldn't do that, that he had to do it online, and that he is way too understaffed to fool with looking it up. The man was elderly, and had no clue how to schedule an appointment online. The attitude that this pharmacist displayed was awful and unprofessional in every way. If you can't respect your customers, maybe you should stay away from the counter. OH and most of the time when you try to schedule the appointment on the app, it's says it's unavailable for this location. The pharmacist stated that it was available here, and he doesn't know why the website said that. When asked how to get around that to schedule the appointment, all he can say is I don't know.

They closed today early on August 17, 2021. I had finally gotten off of work and they were closed up. There are staff (not all) who are very rude. It's almost impossible to get them on the phone and when I do they have no idea what to do. Not a good experience here.

Closed today at 4pm even tho on here it says its open. I geuss if you work a day shift job your just out of luck on your medication. Make sure to call ahead to see if thier open they often fail miserably to do thier job or to have a decent attitude.

We went today to get Coved vaccinations. The guy at the register in the pharmacy seemed overwhelmed and disorganized and totally not together. The pharmacy had no one there to give a SHOT. People were lined up backed up and it was pathetic. The shirts they wore said get vaccinated. It was a joke. Disorganized, not willing to make an appointed for the shot or tell you a good time to come back. We had a prescription sent in two hours before we arrived at the pharmacy we stood around and we did get the prescription. We quickly exited the mess and found another reputable place to get a vaccine in Texarkana, TX.

Worst Walgreens ever! Customer service is in the toilet, and t I make 2 trips to get BP meds, and wait in line for hours! Spoke with a manager and was told it would be another 5 to 10 minutes drive around, in which put me in the back of line for another wait, prescription is on auto refill!

Pharmacy is horrible. Been on hold 48 minutes just to check status!!!
