Had brake pads replaced about four months ago, brakes stopping abilities seemed normal but had a whistling sound when applying the brakes. I thought because the brake pads were new the whistling sound would eventually go away but four or five months later has not. So I decided to stop by there to see if they had any ideas what was causing the sound and told them the brakes weren’t making that sound before they replaced the brake pads. Basically all I got from the 4 workers in the office with no work in front of them was maybe “I” should remove the wheels to see what “I” think might be causing the noise. First and last time doing business there.

I spent 1300 dollars on a new set of tires. Less than 10,000 miles later the sidewalls have bulges in them. The kid running the place said there is no warranty. We just sell the tires, that's all. He also refused to tell us where he bought the tires so we could contact them. The older gentleman that was running the place when I bought the tires seemed much more professional. The guy running it now is a smart mouthed kid. He will not get another dime from me nor anyone that I can reach with my story.

Ordered tires that reviewed well and these guys had good luck with them for other customers. Tires came in and I got them mounted. Kurt and the guys tried to balance them a couple times with no success. Kurt refunded the balancing fee. In the process, of trying to get them balanced, they scratched all four of my aftermarket truck wheels. We checked the balancing issue at another shop and discovered the tires are a bad set. Kurt is returning them to the vendor for a quality set of Cooper A/T and covering the cost difference since they gouged/scratched the lip face of my wheels. As the manager, Kurt went above and beyond to correct the problem. I will continue to do business with them in the future. I’m a little bummed about the appearance of my wheels, but still a reputable establishment!
