Came here 3 times in 1 month for a full set of acrylic nails each time and paid almost 200 in that time and this was because my nails kept breaking explained this and asked them to make the acrylic thicker so this doesn’t happen in the future happened the second time again with them just breaking due to light work like removing a couch cushion or opening a fridge door. They still charged me full price after I asked them to discount them due to me having to return so many times due to there error and they refused. Will not be returning.

I usually never leave reviews but when I pay over $100 for services, I expect the quality to be the same. My powder dip was done yesterday and is already chipping! Besides the fact I got attitude from Tommy when I asked him to take a fine bur around the cuticle area so they wouldn’t lift… As my nail tech does at home, the different shapes of my nails is disappointing! I will say my pedicure was very relaxing and turned out nicely by Diane.

The quality of work is horrible. They don't listen to their customers.. I went there for a basic Medicare and pedicure they were trying to force me to get the gel tip and I kept trying to tell them that I'm I don't want that. I just want basic manicure. She finally listened. She cut my skin in the process when they sat me for the pedicure, the gal was trying to upsell me on different types of pedicure, and I kept telling her, no I just wanted to basic. She was mbad attitude. She was mad that I didn't want the more expensive pedicure..

I've been going to thus salon for years and unfortunately have seen a quality reduction over the last few years. The people are nice and their pedicure service is decent. However, their manicures are steadily getting worse...Today I asked for my dip manicure to be taken off and they my nails uneven, rough, and dirty. Sadly, I think it's time to find a new salon

They are really rude and she file your fingers so aggressively and even the man doesn’t know how to talk to ppl.
