“A more intimate post office from the ones I would frequent when we were living in California. There is no kiosk in the lobby/P.O. box area, so for all services you have to go inside to the main office. They do passports but you must make an appointment online. Save yourself some time and fill out the application online as well and print it out. I've seen so many people show up and then fill one out on the spot. FYI, you can get photos at Walgreens or Wal-Mart if you need them. The customer service here is amazing and every single person who has helped me has been so polite and professional. Love that. Definitely have to give Austin major props because he usually always helps me. I've never seen him in a bad mood or without a smile on his face. I'm sure at first he thought it was odd I was shipping stuff out so much but told him i send things to family back home and he understands. I do think this location could use a self service kiosk to help with after hours or during the lunch rush, but unsure it's a budget issue or if they have to request one. Everyone who works here is wonderful! Keep it up”
