“New owner new store! This place is so amazing! Went in to pawn something while my SO was out of town on business and I had no recourses for money to pay for my medication. Told them my situation they worked with me and when I came back to get our item out of pawn it was in perfect shape! These people are so friendly and very welcoming even with the kiddos. Thank you so much for doing business with us. We will be back to shop around.”

“I've been both a pawn and a retail customer here, and I havent had any problems with customer service. I've always treated them with respect/courtesy and received the same in return. I've personally watched them loan more money than they should have to people in a bind, so I dont buy all the negativity. Try being respectful, keep your end of the deal, and be reasonable. I dont believe for a minute that anyone respectfully tried to do business here and was treated crudely. Look in the mirror and reevaluate how you're acting...I bet you'll be looking at the problem.”
