“This bank helped me out tremendously when the local bank that I have used for the last 18 years told me no. I had a business that closed and I received 2 rebate checks made out to the business. The bank with which I had my business account and a separate personal account would not cash the checks because they were made out to the business. For 12 years I had my business account with that bank and a lot of money was ran through that account over the course of doing business. My personal account had been open even longer. So the people at that bank know me well. They refused to cash the checks. I have had other issues with that bank as well and have closed all my accounts with them. If it weren’t for this bank, I would still be sitting on nearly $500 worth of checks.”

“Everyone at the E Race branch is so helpful and friendly. I have a couple of favorites, Kodi and Andre. They go above and beyond to make sure you leave with a smile. I like going inside just so that I can see them.
No matter what branch of Regions I visit I am always greeted with a smile and a friendly conversation while I do my banking needs. It makes me feel special, like I really matter to them.
I visited the Beebe Capps branch not long ago, I had a problem with all of my accounts being frozen. I believe that the lady that helped me was Hope. She went out of her way to find out why and to get it fixed. She had to reach out to someone else, and wait for them to figure things out. She called me a few times to keep me updated and then let me know when the accounts were available. She worked very hard to get it fixed and did it in a timely fashion. I love being a Regions customer.”

“Thank you, Friendly staff and cancelled my debit card. The lady who helped me at my bank was helpful. These purchases are fraud and it's a Facebook Al business that may not exist. This business is called JVZoo who misrepresented there products and there nonexistent 24/7 support. The business is Al marketplace high pressure sells business. JVZoo double dipped my debit card and didn't want to refund without multiple letters asking for refund. I didn't authorize the higher dollar purchase from JVZoo either. I only authorized 3 purchases and JVZoo stole 1 purchase. Also, I have asked JVZoo Support five times to refund my money on all support 24/7 website sites and JVZoo acts like they are unsure of the amount of money they owe me and how much they it is. JVZoo owes me $196.98. I asked JVZoo to send a Cashier's check to my bank to my refund. I have initiated a fraud alert at Better Business Bureau to warn others of there activities and behaviors and [email protected].”
