Overall this isn't a bad Casey's. But I do feel like the employees get overwhelmed at times. Today there was a employee with tattoos on his head really letting a female employee behind the pizza counter have it over looking at dates. It was pretty heated and there were about 15 customers in the store. I just feel like this argument should have waited until the store was empty

For about the 3rd week or so, no ice. Yesterday, there was no ice, no paper towels, and no bags for customer goods. Usually, only one cashier with customers stretched to the restrooms. Today, 6-25-25, the same scenario but with the store manager playing with candy bars while one cashier is getting crushed. They refused to give out the corporate phone number, and the manager disappeared. Shame on you Casey's for letting this go on for months now.

First time caller long time listener of this specific Casey's. Dude, the receipt never Prince on these pumps ever. I don't get it, it's been years and y'all still can't get your printer to work correctly so we have to go inside to get a receipt. For the most part the staff is really nice, I just don't understand when there's eight people in line why you only have one cashier and two other ladies screwing around with some other administrative tasks. I mean they're not replacing the paper in the printer, that's for sure.

This store is always busy but the service is always friendly. We love the donuts! They are always fresh and my kids ask for them over the donut shops

The lady at the counter serving food clearly doesn't want to do her job more focused on talking to somebody while standing in the corner ring the bell for service she looked at me all annoyed and I asked her for pulled pork sliders and she told me it's going to be 20 to 25 minutes I'll be coming back to the store

The clerks were inside complaining about someone I can only assume was a coworker, while outside at the pumps the garbage cans were so full you couldn't put anything inside.

They do not like Black people. They don't smile when Black people walk in the door, pure attitude and do not amile... but are quick to greet the other races.. But it's caseys.. It's starting to be a known thing that Casey don't like Black folks..

Your employee doing my pizza told me to get my panties out of a wad! I don’t think so. Then blaming DoorDash when it’s on your employes. Hateful guys tonight. Being nice and leaving a name off. Also was rude to my driver. Ridiculous!

I like Casey's. Overall I prefer to stop there in any town, but it is embarrassing that this location only has ONE checkout counter that excepts cards. This has been going on for over three months now. This morning I counted a line of 18 people waiting to checkout, and it was almost the same amount of minutes for me to pay for my breakfast. The station was so clogged that noone could enter the front door without breaking between the checkout line. Management should be embarrassed. Can you not support your stores? Do you not care? 2 and almost 3 months with a broken card reader. When will you resolve this? This speaks volumes about how you treat your stores/employees/customers...
