Not from the area, needed some parts and this store is by far the best hobby store I’ve ever stepped into…. The owners were so nice and very knowledgeable with what I needed, I wish this was my home town, no reason to go anywhere else!! 5 stars all day!!!! Great store gentleman!

I was new to nitro rc and had a carb issue out of the box. The guys got it tuned up same day and wouldn’t take money for it. Good luck getting that service anywhere else.

If you're into RC cars or airplanes, this is the place to go. That's right on the border of Fort Smith, Arkansas and they're very knowledgeable and they have a race track in the back. I highly recommend shopping here if you're into the RC's

It's like walking into a major website in real life. Tons of inventory and organized by brand. Literally wall to wall of all genres of RC. very helpful staff too.

Absolutely Rediculous Service! Order #3923 - Called and verified stock on May 23, asked if it would be quicker to place the order through them or place online. Said place online and it will go out tomorrow May 24. Immediately following call placed order online, waited for shipping info. May 30 I call and they say its going out today. But I needed the items ordered today!! Owner Out of town, Shipping person out of town. Horrible!! Not a happy customer.

Super cool down to earth employees took a lot of time helping me find the cars I wanted and everything I needed for them bought a xmaxx and 1/5 Losi buggy definitely will be going back made a better deal with me then i could find online

I highly recommend GS Hobby, they are my new go to hobby shop. Their prices are better than the competition, shipping is extremely fast (I order online since I am not in the area), and customer service is excellent. I don't usually leave reviews but I have been so pleased with their service I had to share. They also have had a lot of items in stock that I have not been able to find elsewhere. If they have what I need in stock I will be purchasing from them first. Thank you!

Rude as can be, unhelpful, arrogant, if you didn't grow up building and don't know what a servo is, or don't understand basic radio frequencies. This place will not help you learn about it. Bought a couple things there and never will again.
