I called the location and they were able to reach out to the driver and he came back by and delivered my package within 10 minutes of being on the phone. Great staff and supe friendly!”

“This little post office is the cutest place with the strangest hours you've ever known any place to have, I mean they take lunch from , whew, I almost messed up , we have new, well newer staff and now they take lunch from11:30-1:00 and they used to close at 4:20 but since they changed lunch by 10 min, they may close ten min. Later..lol. don't count on it, though!”
“U.S. Post Office on 74th Street in Fort Smith has excellent service!! I've had a PO Box there over 20 years and never had a problem. The staff at the front desk are always courteous and professional-!!!”

“It is the day before Christmas Eve, my package showed delivered but wasn’t in my mailbox or on my porch. I called the 800 number and filed a report, within about 20 minutes I got a call, probably 15 minutes after the call the mailman delivered my package! I am shocked to say the least. I figured it would take a week to track it down, great service!”

“This is a great post office. In past turnover
has been higher so maybe it wasn’t so great, but now runs very smooth. I’ve only had 1/100 maybe even 1 of 200 packages not show up- but it only gives me history of last 100. That’s a 99-99.5% nearly perfect delivery rate. Deserves 5 stars! My postal man is awesome! He works soo hard! The low rating you see if I believe because only upset customers leave reviews. This place deserves 5 stars! Thank you for all you do!”
