DO NOT USE. TOOK MY TRUCK THERE TO GET THR BREAKS FIXED. I HAD TO PUT A SCREW IN BREAK LINE TO GET IT TO THE SHOP. THEY CHARGED ME $1600 TO REPLACE THE BACK BREAKS AND ROTARS.REMINDER THEM OF THE SCREW WHEN THE TRUCK WAS DROPPED OFF. 3 WEEKS LATER WAS HAVING BREAK ISSUES. TOOK TRUCK TO ANOTHER SHOP. THE BACK BREAKS WERE RUINED, THEIR TECH FOUND THE SCREW IN THE BREAK LINE THAT STROBEL WAS SUPPOSED TO REMOVE. PRESENTED THE ISSUE TO STROBEL THEY WROTE ME A CHECK TO RETURN MY MONEY BUT STOPPED PAYMENT ON THE CHECK. STROBEL CHARGED $1600 TO REPLACE THE BACK BREAKS/THE OTHER COMPANY THAT HAD TO FIX THE SAME BREAKS PLUS THE FRONT BREAKS AND CHARGED $1600. SO NOT ONLY DID THEY NOT FIX THE BREAKS CORRECTLY THEY CHARGER DOUBLE OF WHAT THE OTHER COMPANY. WENT BACK TO STROBEL TO FIGURE OUT WHY THEY STOPPED PAYMENT ON THE REFUND AND THEY INFORMED ME I WAS LIER AND DIDNT HAVE THE BREAKS FIXED

I have to say that Strobel Auto Repair is definitely top of the line. While camping at a nearby RV park, I noticed my tow vehicle (2000 year model, 1 ton-- Chevy truck) began acting up etc. I called Strobel since they were close by and they had good reviews on google...and in that 1 afternoon and at a last minutes notice, they worked my vehicle in and had my truck & everything fixed putting it back on the road by 4 PM the same day. Melissa the Office Manager (I assume) shuttled me back & forth to my RV as needed also, she was very professional...I am now a huge Fan of theirs and will continue to use Strobel when I am in the area. I Highly recommend these guys for all of your auto needs, including older vehicles. They are very knowledgeable in what they do. Thanks Strobel!

Just came to the area and needed some service done on my truck. After visiting another mechanic that wasn't able to help me with my issue, Strobel was able to get me taken care of. The staff here is incredibly friendly and honest, and was clear with me about my options on my repair. Highly reccomend for anyone in the Barling or Fort Smith area.

Great customer service! I have taken 4 fleet trucks to get repaired here and every time it has been a great experience. They are always honest about the vehicle problem and get the work done promptly. I even went by one day to ask if I could borrow an impact drill to get something loose on one of my rigs and they had me pull my truck in and had it loose in a second. Very friendly people.

Good mechanic shop I've used them many times. They're cheaper than some of the branded shops. They offer discounts when paying in cash.

Was able to drop it off and have it back the same day 2003 f150 front passenger side hub assembly very reasonably priced out the door less than 300 dollars parts and labor and very friendly staff and they have an office cat

We were camped at a nearby RV campground while we were visiting from Colorado. When when we went to town in Barling, the power steering pump on our truck went out. I didn’t know anybody or any place in town, but the barber I visited recommended that I call Strobel’s.I called Strubels and they said they would be happy to look at it right away and try to fit me in. These people were so nice and accommodating! Melissa said that they would give us a ride back to the campground while they fixed our truck. After the truck was repaired, Melissa called us to let us know it was ready. She sent one of the mechanics out to give us a ride back to the shop. We are extremely happy with the quality of their work, and their service and their friendliness! Would definitely recommend to anyone else needing work. Thank you Kevin and Jim and Melissa!

My key broke off in my ignition and they had my car for almost two weeks and then they told it would be done the next day then they would change the days up on when it's going to be.
