I’m a loyal customer, 3 generations. Dedicated to auto-zone. I am so unsatisfied and aggravated with the service I received as an instore customer in batesville, Ark. They literally stayed on the phone for 30 mins talking to a phone customer that probably wasn’t going to purchase anything and neglected an instore customer that was trying to do business with them. Pls auto zone correct this or advanced is going to take over. I went two minutes down the road to an Advanced and the phone was ringing off the hook but there wasn’t any long lines of customers that wasn’t getting taken care of.
