It's always a wonderful experience when I visit.the staff is very knowledgeable and they are polite.if there's something I'm looking for they are quick to help and when I finally make it to the checkout they also handle that quickly

My body spray had quit working 2 days after I got it and I took it back and they gladly replaced it for me to get it working one! It was so nice of them! Thank you girls at bath & body works!

Love visiting this B&BW! The staff is always so friendly. Yesterday I was helped by Katelyn and Morgan and they are both amazing! They know their products backward and forward and make shopping in the store a treat!
