I switched from Net10 to Cricket. I had problems on Net10 side but Jennifer was so helpful and patient helping. She and Zack are excellent employees and should teach classes on customer service

Very disappointed in this service. Not only did I pay my bill 1 day early, but I was told to pay a $50 reactivation fee on the due date. When I signed up for this plan I was told there were no hidden fees. I guess they just charge to punish you for paying early. Not only was I ripped off, but the little mexican that "helped" me was very rude and unprofessional!

When go in ever time employee very nice when have long line they make sure that there doing best they can and get to u asap. When make payment there nice I haven’t had any issues with them only wished they had more seating in there but other wise very good

The manager is very unpleasant and she's rude. The only 3 people they have had working there in the past 3 years that were good customer service people they have since fired and let this awful woman the over. She is the least helpful person I've ever had to deal with.

This store was great when the manager Valeri was still there. She was knowledgeable and made sure, us her customers were always taken care of. Her employees treated us with respect and always made sure that our plans and the information we were given was accurate and that we knew how much we could actually save switching to Cricket or by simply being a customer. Since January when she's been gone there has been a bunch of young employees who are to busy joking around and goofing off instead of attending to our needs. The new manager is only nice to her community apposed to being decent with everyone. I don't know that I will be staying with Cricket much longer. Tall dark gentleman with dreads was also very rude and added insurance to our plans without our knowledge. He was very ill spoken about Valeri when we asked for her and that as her manager is very unprofessional. Called corporate but they don't seem to care much about anything except their own pockets. Cricket shame on you for not caring about your employees and just your pockets. Now I see why so many old employees are working for ATT or Verizon in town. Staff does not wear masks. Nobody in the location had masks on including the TM with dreads. Very misleading information about Cricket.

The manager Valeri was very knowledgeable. She was out on the sales floor helping customers and getting down to the reason we were visiting. I waited all about 5 minutes when it was my turn at the register. She had already stated what we needed to her employee. Service was great, the atmosphere was enjoyable! I recommend my local Cricket to everyone!

Waited about 6 minutes. Small location to packed for only 2 registers. Customer service was excellent and all the ladies were smiling and helping customers. Got me into a mew phone great price and even got my numbers transferred. I will be back!
