I used to work at this store. So I am familiar with the fact that it is now unique locally that it is half the size of the other stores, and nearly constantly busy. It is very easy to get to this location but the parking lot requires a little patience and regaurd for your fellow drivers to enter and exit. It's well lit, well patrolled and always visible to traffic. Isles are narrower than at other stores and the closeness makes stocking products difficult.I worked there some 4-5 years ago and we struggled to keep as few stock carts on the floor as possible. My suggestion would be to sacrifice that second cashier and to put a full time stock person on the day and night shift that is gonna work. Managers can step up and open that second drawer, but you should let a cashier go before letting your stock person go home early.These people are friendly, and helpful, and they congregate more than they should. More or less they can be knowledgeable of there store and if they get organized have a potential to allow there customer's to enjoy shopping there more.
