They don’t have enough help. I don’t know why they don’t cross-train. There will be 4 people in line and 4 people sitting in offices on computers. Why not jump in there and help the tellers when they are backed up. They tell you to drive around to the rediculous iBanker.

I just received a statement in the mail that FNBC took $150 out of my account for overdraft fees on soda machine charges.... After I have already told them to update my account where this couldn't happen again. I'm sure it was just another "mistake." Pitiful. I wanted to support that little bank. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone now.

Been with FNBC for over 20 years. Moving all my business to Centennial bank down the road. Better service and easier to work with.
