I'm giving it a one star solely based on their lack of give a damn at night time. I'm amonv the houses right behind home depot. They need to have better standards and perhaps management at night. Their music can be heard in my bedroom, right now a truck is back there turned on i can hear it over 4 fans, and my snoring spouse. Because of the lack of management at night people will occasionally race back there too. We hear it all in our house. Lets not talk about when the shipments come in the truck slams into home depot with so much force it shakes my house... do better home depot. Sincerely, someone who cant sleep with all the noise at night coming from this store.

Went to Home Depot in Batesville to order a patio door and a 4x6 window on 6 June 2021. They had the door but needed to order the window. We had an estimated delivery date of 21 July 2021. I called several times before the ETA and was only told the ETA. After the 21 July had past, I called again and Home Depot said it was sent to the store but they could not find it. We had to cancel our contractors. Home Depot reordered the window and gave us an ETA of 21 September which has come and gone. We called and were suppose to talk to Holly. We are now told that we have a balance on the window. Why we ask, we paid in full when we ordered it. It turns out they were charging us again for the window they lost.. The window cost $629. We were told that we measured the window wrong so they were charging us for a new one. This is nuts. We got them squared away and Holly would be calling us today and get it figured out. Holly did not call, Holly never returns calls. If you are ever told that Holly will be calling you, just figure that is just a ploy to get rid of you. So we call back and talked to Chris. He seems like he cares but that's not good enough, we still do not have our window. He told us the ETA was 29 Sept which is different from what we have been told several times and when I questioned him he said it is the new ETA. How do they stay in business.

Special ordered insulation over 2 weeks ago. promised itd be in on the 21st and here it is the 28th and it wasnt even ordered till yesterday when I called and complained. Now home owner wants to fire and sue me due to their neglect of job duties. Place is A Joke. I will NOT Be bringing my business back there... Very Incompetent... and Highly Pissed Off....

18 months ago we bought a security door from Home Depot. It is under the front porch so it not in the weather. When paint starting flaking off the door I contacted the store. I was told that it wasn’t their problem. Not the first time we’ve had a problem with them but it will be the last.

Bathrooms out of order, but no signs up. Toilets in both mens and women's full of excrement, except the one female stall full of menstrual fluid. Informed the assistant manager and she didn't seem to be concerned in the least. All the 'Social Distancing' propaganda is in place. Won't get the 'Rona here. Hepatitis and E. Coli on the other hand are available

It’s really pathetic that a store employee tells you that you can not buy something because the employee has to go in the back and get it , and they don’t want to do it. The people at the Batesville Arkansas store are rude, lazy and know zero about proper customer service.

The Garden Center at this Home Depot has a really great selection of plants, garden pavers and blocks, and planting containers. It is always well stocked. The staff at this particular Home Depot take very good care of their stock, and are helpful and congenial. The prices are always competitive with other sellers.

We have spent thousands of dollars at this store in the last two years while remodeling and last summer we purchased and window air conditioner/heater. The air worked fine but in October when we attempted to use the heater it would not work..We attempted to resolve the issue through the manufacture and the foreign lady we talked agreed to set up a service call. It never happened and today she gave us the "run-around" again when we called because now the air conditioner doesn't work properly. I called the home depot where we purchased it and they said we purchased it on April 22 of last year so our warranty just ran out. They put me through to a manager and he was very cool and seemed to care less about the situation. I told him we had been trying to resolve the problem since October and he could care less. He just kept saying we should have purchased the extended warranty....My blood was boiling!!! We paid over six hundred dollars for this unit. At this time I am extremely upset and disappointed!!! We are both over 60 and work hard and to be treated this way is just pathetic!

they always have everything I need and their prices ain't that bad and the workers r so helpful
