First few times of taxes with them was great until this time used their online service which ended up being time consuming and making me send allot of pics of sensitive personall info I filed in January they said IRS accepted it and my state accepted. Try to use wheres my money with IRS couldn't didn't know exact amount couldn't get it on Liberties web site they have IGNORED 2 EMAILS. Idk where my money is I've got nothing from them which I filed through or IRS done with liberty
