Great experience with oil change and tire rotation. The only thing that would have made it better is if I had a Kia service department closer to home. Batesville is the nearest and almost 2 hours from my home. ?

Jordan Smith listened carefully to what I needed in a car and showed me my options. He showed me why these were my best choices. I was impressed with his knowledge of new and slightly used cars, and I am convinced that I walked away with the best car for me. Jim Rudd helped me close the deal and helped me understand how my new car worked. He set up my options and programed my phone. Very nice experience.

Mark Martin Kia is very friendly. Everyone wants to help. Thomas Lott is my favorite, of course. He is most helpful, friendly and kind. So far I am loving my Sportage. Learning the dash is challenging but I will manage. It is a quiet smooth ride and that is what I was looking for. Thank all y’all

The service department has not applied coupons showed to them multiple times and then argues that they aren't showed to them. This last time they finally applied a small discount but not equivalent to the coupon I received and showed them prior to the appointment. The discount was half of what it should've been. Not to mention I've mentioned an issue I've had with Android Auto multiple times and instead of actually looking into it they blame it on after market cords they are finding in the car after I have explained to them multiple times that Android Auto works wirelessly without a cord in my car and any cords in my car have NOT been utilized for Android Auto. You would think the people that are supposed to have expertise in my vehicle would know that, but even if they don't I have specifically told them multiple times. I am going to be looking for someone else to do service going forward and I'm not the only one that keeps having issues with them.

My Optima needed servicing and the experience from setting the appointment to driving out the air conditioned service area was First rate. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean and comfortable waiting area and the in-house Mark Martin NASCAR Museum is a real bonus. I highly recommend.

I have to say that from the time I contacted Mark Martin Kia they were wonderful. The salesman, Wyatt helped walk me through the steps of special ordering my Kia Telluride. He explained that it would take a little time for it to get here, but knowing that I was getting what I wanted and them not trying to raise the price by thousands of dollars made it worth the wait. To my surprise, the wait was only 9 weeks.

The service department took care of one of the recall issues but had to order the drive belt that they are going to replace. The seat heating and cooling problem was fixed pretty fast so I didn't have to stay as long as I thought I might. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I'm not sure why they did not keep a drive belt in stock for the people that were coming in to have that item checked on. I will have to try and schedule the next trip for the belt when we are going down for something else so I don't have to make another special trip.

Folks there are all friendly. Dealt with Wyatt, who was new there but done a great job. Communicated well and knowledgeable. Got a fair price for our trade and best of all the paper work was quick and easy.
