There is one employee that is so rude every time I have been there. He is rude and short to everyone and should not be working with the public. He was especially rude today (10-6-23 3PM). So much so that I left and filled my truck up elsewhere and won't go back. He is a very nasty little guy!

Helpful attendants and cashiers. Prices are marked up due to"convenience fee" but not outrageously. Partnered with Walmart to provide 5¢ fuel discount if you pay for Walmart+. You can try W+ for free for 30 days and enjoy all the perks.

Always one of the best places to grab gas in Batesville. Convenient and close to Walmart and they usually have the best prices

I gave 2 stars cause I still like this station. But today the lady working was rude. She didn't greet me when I came in, didn't ask if I wanted my receipt, and didn't say anything to me after she took my money for gas. Her whole vibe was bad. I herd her say something to the customer after me and she was even rude then. If ur having a bad day leave it at the door.

Fast, reasonable compared to fancier named oil change businesses.

My 19 year old son-in-law took his driver's license in to buy a pack of cigarettes. The young cashier was quite rude and refused to sell him cigarettes saying his driver's license was too damaged (yet his birth date is clearly readable)-he showed her the dates and assured her he would 20 in January. She told him it didn't matter, if she didn't want to accept the license that was totally up to her. He returned to the car. Although I am 47 years old I grabbed my license, waited in line and asked for a pack of Marlboro black shorts and put my license on the counter. She started shaking her head as soon as she heard the brand I was buying and started informing me she would not sell me cigarettes. I simply said I am 47 years old. She proceeded to inform me that buying cigarettes for a minor is against state law and she said she knew I was with that boy that just left. I did not deny that yes that "boy" was my son in law and he was of legal age to buy cigarettes , he turns 20 in January. She just stood behind the counter with her arms crossed and a smirk on her face and told me that she would not sell me the cigarettes. By this time I am irritated I admit and tell this smartmouthed cashier "Fine. I'll take my business elsewhere, but just for the record I was probably legal to buy cigarrettes before you were even born. I also stated my full name and told her By all means please do call and report me for buying cigarettes for a minor...because *that minor* has proof he will be turning 20 next month." She laughed and said that she didn't believe that and reminded once more that it is state law not to sell to a minor. I let her know that she was being ridiculous, I'd take my business elsewhere tonight and from now on, and let her know I planned to call her manager about this. She laughed again and told me to go ahead cause her manager would tell me the same thing. This may be true, yet I hope the manager realizes employees with attitudes such as this one can sure ruin a business. I have lived in this area all my life and always stop at that store when I am in Batesville; however I will be taking my business to another location where their employees have manners and know how to speak to customers. For the record, being a mother of 3, and also a medical professional I don't agree with the practice of distributing tobacco products or alcohol to anyone underage. Tonight's interaction with a store's cashier is a perfect example of what happens when certain individuals are given a little power and let it go to their heads thinking they are in control. Hopefully this supervisor will at least educate her employees about the proper way to interact with customers including body language. This employee should not be placed in any position dealing with the public and needs an attitude adjustment. To some this may sound petty and that is fine too. Yet the lack of respect and poor manners sure weren't included in the work ethics I was taught.
