I have always received good service at this location, so I was really disappointed when I called their number to ask for pricing for their PO boxes and got stuck in a phone menu system that did not have the answer I needed, and no way for me to talk to a human. I filled out their "contact us" form and still haven't heard anything from them. I really needed an answer, and they left me hanging.

Went in for their notary service, such friendly helpful staff answers all your questions. Brian was so helpful helped me get a copy of my documents after they was notarized and helped send off my documents and described to me everything I needed to know

Went to the store early Tuesday morning told them I needed a letter sent to Memphis no later than Thursday. Was told since it was a PO Box the only option was Sure Post but was assured it would be there by 7 Thursday. Now it’s Friday and am being told it won’t deliver until Saturday. Nothing they can do because it was sent by Sure Post. My problem is that they didn’t tell me it could get delayed or held because it was Sure Post and it cost me hundreds of dollars because I wasn’t told the whole truth. I would have used FedEx or drove it there myself if told the truth instead of being lied to about it. Also UPS customer service is the biggest joke I ever dealt with. Nobody wants to take responsibility for lying to me about it. Never send anything through Sure Post opt for USPS it takes the same time and only costs a stamp.
