I am done with Walgreens. First vacation in a long time and trying to get help from out of state with medications proves to be too much. My Walgreens knows my dog and i on a first name basis and this Walgreens makes assumptions and provides bad information. When I get home, I wlll never step into another Walgreens again. 40 years of a loyal customer for nothing because some jerk on a power trip.

This is my personal favorite pharmacy/store in all of America! My son was stranded in Arkansas for 5 days while trying to make it from Searcy to Mammoth springs. I'm in Oklahoma on the phone with him day and night trying to keep him calm and positive so he doesn't have any seizures. He's almost 21 but he's severely autistic and has suto seizures brought on by panic attacks. During this time he was able to get help at the Walgreens in Batesville and the ladies were so good to him and making sure he was happy while in the "mom mode". My son is now in mammoth springs with his girlfriend and I'll be there in a few days to pick them both up.LADIES OF WALGREENS! YOU ARE ALL WOMEN WHO WILL BE TALKED ABOUT WITH ADMIRATION FROM NOW ON!!

I have had a multiple issues with prescriptions being filled with generics despite doctor’s scripts specifying “brand name only”. Some peoples’ bodies do not tolerate the slight variances that occur between brand name drugs and generics. If a doctor prescribes something intentionally, it should be respected by the pharmacists and not up for interpretation. I have also had workers call from Walgreens asking if I would be interested in a service, only to immediately hang up on me as I’m politely declining. Obviously only a mildly irritating situation, but certainly highlights the quality of interactions to be expected at this business.

We went in on a Saturday morning to scan 5 pictures to make 2 copies each for a Mother’s Day gift. First of all, The lady working in photos didn’t seem to enthused to help us. I have never used the kiosk. Finally got all 5 photos scanned and submitted after another associate was able to help and confirm it was done correctly. We go on Sunday to pick up the pictures and the order is no where to be found. We didn’t bring the pictures back with us because we were first told they could be printed right away. Then, they stated the machine was taking 10-15 minutes for the order to come through the day before so we assumed it would be the same this day, as well and we had to go. So, we told them we would be back the next morning before church. They never got our contact information so they could have called us if something was to go wrong.

Wow. 10 mins. to talk to someone through the automated system; just to have them pretend twice that they can't hear me and hang up? I'm gonna have to drive twenty five miles to see if my car keys were left there. So much for customer service with a smile. What a waste of thirty min... Thanks Walgreens...

Walked in to get some OTC allergy stuff. There were 2 people waiting in line at the pharmacy and I heard the woman behind the counter ask the woman waiting in line if she was there to pick up a prescription. "Yes," she replied. The woman behind the counter then said, "Well could you possibly come back later. It's almost our lunch time."?The woman agreed, but you could see the surprise on her face.I felt the irritation for her. Left my items on the shelf and went elsewhere. When did we ever become ok with doing business this way?

Ok so this post is not against the employees. It is against Walgreens business practice. If you notice on the receipt to the left it cost 15.99 sadly one of the photos wouldn't work for my babies passport no fault of the workers should I add. So I had to return it. If you notice the receipt on the right is the return receipt they was only going to refund 14.99 plus taxes. So the lady said that passport photos only cost 14.99 the receipt in the middle was the one for the photo that didn't work. It shows 31.98 for 2 passport photos I explained that 31.98 ÷ by 2 is 15.99 I do think the lady got aggrevated at me for trying to show her, but as I told her if they take 1 from a million people then the made am extra million dollars. So sadly I was a complainer and I apologize for that, but that is bad business Walgreens.

Called to check on a standing prescription. The male pharmacist is rude and speaks down to me every time. I asked a question and he hung up on me. Will be checking on changing pharmacy’s. If I could only deal with the other pharmacist on staff I would stay. He is going to cost them business

Edited to add: I'm positive for covid. How did I find out? I called Walgreens and asked them. My rapid Covid test was just sitting there. Still haven't received my paperwork in the email they promised both when I first got the test, and when I called and asked for it.If I could give the Walgreens in Batesville a zero star rating I would. I scheduled a PCR covid test and drove all the way to Batesville from Searcy to get it. Searcy didn't have any openings. Day one the girl at the window said she could do us all at the same time if I made appointments. She didn't specify that it had to be the same day. So she wasted my time but whatever. She gave me a rapid test when I scheduled a PCR. Drove back up there today (SECOND 50 MILE DRIVE ONE WAY) just so she could give my husband and son the WRONG test again. I had to pull up the email on my phone and SHOW HER THROUGH THE WINDOW that it was in fact a PCR. So we had to get retested. I wish I had gotten her name. Same person both days. She's absolutely clueless. Can't even give us the right covid test. She probably can't even figure out the difference between acetaminophen and ibuprofen. Needs to find a different job. Zero stars. Would not recommend.

I was checked out by a young girl who mumbled her words so bad I could only understand a couple of words. She asked me if I had a mumble mumble card to get the discount. The customer next to me explained the discount card. She was rushing and mumbling and talking to her coworker as she checked me out. I considered her rude and unprofessional. The last time I was there was a young man so helpful and cheerful. This time bad experience.
