My mail keeps coming up missing and they said that they have no idea where it is because it's been marked delivered. Every time I go up to the post office and try to talk to them they are nothing but rude and unhelpful.

A special thank you to Sierra for helping me find my package. It was still sitting in North Carolina! When she asked the value, I replied, "You can't put a value: it's an Easter wreath I've made for my grandchildren. She stayed on it for days, called me this morning, and said it is being delivered today! 15 days later! Thank you again! We need more people like you working at the Post Office! HAPPY EASTER!

Hands down the best post office I’ve ever step foot in! I drop off packages almost daily. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 mins. Everyone has been very helpful and friendly.

The lady who works in this post office is absolutely rude. Today makes the 3rd time since I’ve been living in Bauxite, that I’ve asked a question to get clarification and she’s been short, rude and cut me off! Going forward I’ll just drive to Bryant!! The question I was trying to ask her was not related to package weight at all but she didn’t get that because she cut me off as i was talking! Customer service classes please!
