“We just bought our first home and had the pleasure to work with Miranda Ballard at Encore for our mortgage loan! We moved from the west coast so all of our conversations were via phone or email. Everyone says buying a house is a painful process but with Miranda’s help it was so smooth! She was so sweet, helpful, and there to answer all of our questions no matter the time of day. Whatever you may need, I would recommend Miranda to everyone!”
