1 ⭐️ My experience with Cleo’s used cars was not a good experience. I am aware that not all issues when buying a car are the dealers or used lot fault however, I do feel it is their business to make the buying experience pleasant. I purchased a 2015 Dodge Charger on March 23,2019 the car stopped on me April 26, 2019. Their was a lighting bolt that appeared and the car just shut off. Shortly after that on Mother’s Day it stopped again, again same sensor but with engine light on and learned it was the throttle body as well as the fuel pump. Since then I have paid 3 car notes(on time), insurance, and any other non minor issues or up keeps of having a car. The car has stopped on me so many times now I lost count and today was it for me. It stopped today because the compressor locked up and the starter went out. All during these times Cleo was NOT, in my opinion eager to assist me and each time he supposedly fix it the car continued to stop. My job is based off my transportation so if I do not make home visits I do not get paid. I’ve asked Cleo, begged him on serve rap occasions to please allow me to bring him the car and he put me in another car with equal or less value. The finance company said that is an option Howe he would have to agree to do it. He would not. I will NEVER buy or refer anyone to him strictly based off of that. I feel as an customer you should do what you feel is right if they have been wronged. The car also had non manufacturer parts and because of that the extended warranty that I purchased would not cover the issues. The Dodge dealership in El dorado refuses to fix the car because it’s basic so many issues and parched work that has been done to the car. I have had a Charger before a 2007 never had these issues but I’ve also purchased a car before with issues however the dealership worked with me and when it was in the shop I received a loaner. That’s customer service. I understand he is highly praised by a lot of people but again not by me and based off of my experience. I am a very deeply sadden and unsatisfied customer. As a result I have had to do an voluntary repo, which is the same as a regular repo. *I also have several videos of when they car stopped and the warning lights that were displayed. Chanda Jackson
