This morning, my wife went into autozone in beebe, AR to get some oil before we left on a trip. The only person who acknowledged her was a delivery man who thanked her for holding the door for him as he rolled his delivery cart in. There was a woman behind the counter at the self check out going through a box, a man at one of the computers helping a customer, and another man on the other computer. All 3 employees made eye contact with her but never spoke. She got the oil and got in line to check out. The man helping the customer acknowledged to that customer that my wife was in line, and they moved down the counter. I would assume this was so that another employee could complete her transaction. The other two employees made eye contact with her, did not speak, or come to complete her check out. After waiting a few minutes, realizing nobody was going to come help her, my wife proceeded to the self checkout.
I have always had a great experience in this location. I acknowledge the employees and their willingness to be helpful and kind almost every time I’m in there. I have also persuaded many citizens of Beebe to give this autozone their business because I have had multiple negative experiences at other auto businesses in town. Today, my wife chose autozone over Walmart because they have always been so helpful. Having to use the self checkout is not the issue here. It was the level of rudeness to a customer. I hope this has not become a regular occurrence here but I can promise you, they have lost our business for good. And I hope this review can make a difference for other customers who choose this location.

James, the store manager, was awesome, I explained that I had an engine light on and he scanned it and went through the code with me so that it could be fixed. His customer service goes above the standard and I will try to work with him the next time as well since he knows what he's doing.

Had a headlight out and Cass, I believe was name of a really super nice guy, changed my bulb. He went above and beyond and sprayed some battery terminal cleaner on my post. What a great employee who made me feel valued as a returning customer, and that I will just because of his service. It does make a difference how you treat customers. Customer here for life. Thank you Cass!!!!

Went here this afternoon and was helped by James S. He was so kind and respectful and didn’t judge that I knew almost nothing about my car. It’s so nice to know there are people out there that are amazing human beings. Definitely recommend.

Auto zone is great in beebe arkanses worker helped me found the tool i needed for my car. When i was about to leave my car died and he was so quick to pull out a cables to jump car real real nice workers i would recomend if passing by and needing a part would be the autozone in beebe AR

I am an auto-enthusiast, I often find so are employees of auto zone including this one. I have incredible high praise for this establishment. Unlike, Cabot Off road and tire. Great until they break your sht.
