Had a young man do my daughter’s pedicure and he filed her toe nail to the nail bed and hurt her and she could not put on any polish. He also kept using the razor blade on her heels until she finally told him to stop because he was hurting her. I could go on about how badly he messed up her nails but it was just an awful experience. He should never be allowed to do any type of work until he is completely certified and trained. I will not be back or recommend them to anyone. Plus I still had to pay for the botched job!!!

Got me and my good friends feet and nails done and had my eyebrows waxed. My friend is elderly and had an oxygen tank and is slow moving. The whole staff was very helpful and catered to her needs. That meant a lot to me. They did an awesome job on our feet but her nails with all the designs came out amazing. The lady who did my eyebrows did a great job. I'll definitely recommend a d use enden spa again.

This place Ruined A brand new $65 set of nails I got Lucky Star Nails in searcy. I went there for a fill the person didn’t speak 2 words of English and even though I told them they ruined my nails and I was very unhappy they still charged me $40. I shld have walked out refusing to pay. If they can’t speak any English how the heck did they complete 600 hrs of beauty college. We have to start holding these people accountable they play the no English game the minute they don’t want to hear what u have to say. . He asked me if I wanted my nails shorter and I clearly said 3 times NO!!! Somehow it was still my fault that he ruined my nails not just bc he took all the length down to my nail but they look like Chiclets gum ! The owners position was I should’ve told him not to make them shorter when he started sawing them off !! The 3 times I said don’t shorten them wasn’t sufficient !!! if you don’t understand the difference between yes and no in the English language then you should not be working in America doing peoples nails, where you have to ask questions and respond accordingly to the answers to those questions and I dang sure don’t know how you got a license from the state board of cosmetology, completing 600 hours in college and you don’t understand the difference between yes and no.!!! I’m done with it from now on. It is my obligation as an American citizen to hold these people accountable they are so greedy and overcharge plus have extremely pushy sales tactics they are just taking money from us they don’t earn.!!! This cost me $40 for the fill $30 to soak them off and 2 sets of $65 nails !!! I use my hands to display my work they have to look perfect !! So with tip $200 fill ! I did not tip this person only the ones who had to fix them at Lucky Star Nail in searcy ! So do urself a favor and read the other reviews there’s a reason they have 4 stars. This 1star service with a smile !

Very polite & prompt, they take walk ins & appointments. Very clean salon. I have had real nails, acrylics, dip powder, very knowledgeable & so kind. I had one nail that was damaged from getting smashed in a door. They are great with ingrown toe nails. Very caring staff

This place seems extremely unsanitary. The file was covered in other people's filed nails, the tools were clearly not sanitized between uses, the first tech I had to do my dip nails cut two of my cuticles enough they were bleeding and she put my nails in the main powder jar (known to cause fungal infections) even after cutting my cuticles. They never asked anyone to wash their hands the entire time I was there. My nails were not even in shape or consistent in the finish. I have to give props to the male tech who did the final design work, he did a good job and handled my nails and hands with care, as did the the second woman nail tech who did the fading design. But the first women, yes saw three separate people, was just too rough on my nails and none of the stations were very clean. I won't go back until they do better about hygiene here. Clean your tools, your station, and for goodness sakes make people wash their hands before you work on them, especially if you're doing dip nails where everyone's dirty hands go to the same pile of powder.

I went to this nail spa for the first time today and got a refill by this guy. I didn't get his name, if I did I would of added it in here because I highly recommend you guys to go to him. He had done an amazing job and took his time on perfecting them. He was very kind. Thanks again, I will come back to this place!

Friday May (12) before Mother’s Day (2023); I was made to feel like trash when being tended to by a spa manicurist/pedicurist (Tommy) who thought it was a good idea to treat me very aggressively and drew the attention of the patron beside me for the condition of my neglected feet by holding up the tool he was using on my heels; admittedly it had been a while since I’d had a manicure/pedicure since life happened and I’ve been through health challenges, hospitalizations, and surgeries myself as well as my husband and elderly father and such. I’ve honestly not had time or the financial resources to take care of my feet but it’s unacceptable to be treated with such levels of disrespect no matter what my feet looked like. Even if a homeless person was treated to the spa with neglected hands/feet; they deserve professional treatment dignity and respect. Some people’s reality is dealing with monthly food insecurities and costly medical treatments, prescription medications, or copayments and unexpected financial occurrences; so the luxury of a manicure/pedicure is simply not practical. It was very unprofessional to be handled so aggressively and because of my thyroidectomy in (2019) I suffer from horrible cramps and my fingers tensed up lots during the manicure and the manicurist/pedicurist (Tommy) pulled on my fingers repeatedly barking orders at me to relax. I finally told him I couldn’t control the cramps/tensing and I would have to walk out and got through okay and he walked me to dry my fingertips and never really dealt with me again. Never checked my dryness after drying several minutes. No thank you come again. A young boy checked me out at the register and I left with the toe separating foam which my husband removed for me. I told my husband thanks for the gesture and said nothing about my experience until after closing hours. He was livid that I was treated like that and still is wanting to take action. I never want anyone to be treated like that and I regret not walking out regardless of my husband’s gesture and the urgency of my needs for the service. (Tommy) did an excellent job I’ll give him that much, but needs to learn how to treat all patrons with dignity kindness and respect because not everyone can afford such a luxury regularly. Bottom line…I am someone’s daughter, wife, mother, sister and HUMANKINDNESS goes a long way and PROFESSIONALISM should be the top priority over everything business. It’s the right thing to do. Life is cruel enough on its own to not be treated well during a spa experience. If every patron is treated the way you want a loved one or yourself to be treated, it’s a win for everyone. Be kind every opportunity you have. Period.Services: Pedicure
