I was interested in renting an apartment so I called and left a message. Then a week later, another. A week after that I had my mother call, then my son, then my daughter in law. No one called. Finally two weeks later, I received a call. I explained my concerns with how difficult it was to reach anyone. I was told “I guess you don’t need us” and hung up on. 😳

Everytime I called left messages, went up to the office in person or anything to speak with someone concerning property no one ever called back or no one was ever up at the office … They were also rude to my elderly mother while back on phone , my mother was trying to find out info on apartment place to rent at time … very disappointed

Don’t bother cleaning you will never see any of your deposit and after the first month or two will never hear anything back from the maintenance guy.

It took them 37 days to bring a new garbage disposal to my unit, after Them telling me that the lease says I can't replace it on my own. Had to spend over $1,000 on eating out because my sink was clogged as well as the dish washer. Couldn't wash my dishes for a month. Sink started leaking and building mold, Son got sick from it. Crazy part about the whole thing is that i hadn't heard anything from management about replacing my disposal until rent was past due the following month. I wasn't offered ANY type of reimbursement for their negligence and was still charged $25 for EVERY SINGLE DAY that rent wasn't in the office after the first.

My dad rents some rental property in Beebe Arkansas from this lady. The A/C went out so he called and left a message because that's all you can do. They do not answer the phone. 2 days go by no response. I drove out to see My elderly father and he is burning up so Now I Concerned. I call and leave a message explaining the situation and if they can't get an HVAC guy to come I will pay for out of pocket and my dad could deduct off the rent. She then finally calls me back threatening to call the police. Wow! I guess this explains the 1 star ratings. I'm praying for you Cathy

When this house at 304 W. Mississippi in Beebe was remodeled they did not replace the old water pipes in the bathroom. Rusty water coming thru the pipes was always there. I send samples of the water to the Health Dept. and they came back with EColi in it. I moved and she never returned my deposit. I did mow the lawn and clean the house after moving. Never trust these people.

Honestly I would not even give this place one star. I would give it like a negative 10. I sent an email through a rental app in order to be shown a duplex and no one got back to me. So I decided to call. I had to call multiple times and still never got a reply so I left a message saying hey idk what's going on but no one got back to me. I never received a call but someone from their offices did text me. The text said that I gave them a bogus email and basically put all blame on me stating that I shouldn't have given false information and I had no right to complain about not being contacted because it was my own fault. I finally gave up and told them to stop texting and THEY CONTINUED TEXTING MY PHONE. I had to have my husband handle the situation. This is the worst service I have ever received from anyone in my life. They should not even have a reality license. If I could figure out who to report them to I would. The way they speak to people is borderline harassment. I felt attacked to say the least. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Do not deserve even a star. All of these reviews are accurate. Incredibly rude, unnecessary paper work, and we were treated like we were being an inconvenience. At the end of the day I am trying to spend my hard earned money with your business. I will never spend a cent with you and will discourage anyone I know to do the same regardless of how desperate they are for a place like I was. Fisher and Goff are so much nicer and respectful. Garbage. Grow up and treat people like human beings.
