“After exploring multiple florists, my sister who was the bride and I, acting as wedding planner, decided to book A Perfect Bloom. They took the time to understand my sister’s vision for flower arrangements, bride and bridesmaids bouquets, as well as the groom and groomsmen boutonnières. But also they made sure we stayed within budget by offering artificial flowers. Not to mention this booking was made within less than 2 months from the wedding day. We were told the floral arrangements would be available for pick up 2 days before the day but to our surprise they were ready 5 days before. Upon pick up, it was disappointing to see the bride’s bouquet, groom’s boutonnière, and the main 8 floral arrangements did not meet the bride’s expectation. The bride immediately requested the bouquet and boutonnière be adjusted and unfortunately the bouquet still did not match the vision. The next day I reached out via email and had not heard back. Three days before the big day the owner, Kelly, called. This is where my sister and I were blown away. Not once did Kelly sound offended nor try to make excuses. She immediately jumped into action by asking what our pain points were. Keep in mind the flowers were already in our possession. After I sent Kelly pictures and talked through the vision again, Kelly offered to have her delivery person meet me to pick up just the bride’s bouquet since that was one of the items we were allowed to keep. In short, Kelly created beautiful florals which were used as aisle arrangements and then later moved as table centerpieces, and the bride’s bouquet turned out gorgeous. After feeling stressed and anxious about expressing our disappointment, it was so refreshing to feel supported by Kelly. I would refer everyone to The Perfect Bloom! Customer service like this rarely exists nowadays.”
