“B.A.C. An excellent facility that would normally be set up in a larger town. Parking is plentiful and the hours allow for a workout any time of the day. An abundance and variety of cardio equipment will help keep heart health from becoming a mundane routine. Treadmills, stair stepper, elliptical, stationary bikes, rowing, even a heavy bag for punching. Every day a different cardio workout. Resistance machines for every muscle group fill the central gym area and while there is still not one flat benches and two adjustable ones, I have yet to wait for a bench when using dumbbells, which are well organized and start at 5 lbs. and go up to 120 lbs in 5 lb. increments. These already referenced items would be sufficient for a well equipped gym however, there is also an indoor walking/running track, Cory’s for racket ball, basketball, or organized group sports, upstairs group instructor led workout sessions, tanning, paid personal trainers, daycare, locker rooms with showers and more I have yet to discover. There has been almost nothing left out of this facility. So, if your starting to notice things jiggle where they were once firm (like most of us) or you get worn out going up a few steps, commit to a better you and checkout the Beebe Athletic Club.”
